Technical Content Writer – Data Management Domain

Position Summary:

The Technical Content Writer will be responsible for developing, editing, and maintaining high-quality technical documentation and content assets that support our products and enhance customer understanding. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of written communication, a deep knowledge of data management concepts, and the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and engaging content tailored to various audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create SEO optimized technical blogs about Data Management concepts, Archiving,
  Decommissioning and other similar technical content.
• Create marketing-aligned content such as whitepapers, case studies, and solution briefs.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, subject matter experts, and the marketing team to gather information and ensure accuracy in all content.
• Simplify complex technical concepts related to data integration, data governance, data pipelines, metadata management, data quality, and ETL/ELT processes for non-technical stakeholders.
• Optimize digital content for search engines (SEO), GEO, AEO etc., and support content performance measurement initiatives. Experience in LLM citations content creation is a plus.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in technical writing or content creation, preferably
  within a software product or SaaS company.
• Proven experience creating content related to data management, including data warehousing, data lakes, data governance, data security, or data analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with documentation tools such as Confluence, Notion, Markdown editors, or equivalent.
• Strong research skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of content strategy, information architecture, and SEO best practices.
