Technical Content Writer

Job Description – Technical Writer Location: Chandigarh Job Type: Full-Time (Work From Office) Experience: 1–2 years preferred (Freshers with strong skills may also apply) Qualification: Graduate (Technical background preferred) About the Role We are looking for a Technical Writer who can create clear, concise, and engaging documentation for our ERP/CRM software, APIs, and IT solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills, a technical mindset, and the ability to understand and explain complex systems in simple language. A basic understanding of coding is required to effectively collaborate with developers and document technical workflows. Key Responsibilities ● Create and maintain technical documentation including user manuals, API documentation, FAQs, release notes, and training guides. ● Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to gather information and translate it into easy-to-understand content. ● Document system workflows, ERPs, CRMs, and software features with clarity. ● Write internal technical process documents for development and testing teams. ● Maintain consistency in tone, format, and quality across all documents. ● Review and edit content created by team members. ● Work on product presentations, proposals, and knowledge base articles. Required Skills & Qualifications ● Graduate in Computer Science / IT / English / Communication or related field. ● Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. ● Basic knowledge of coding (PHP/React/HTML/JS or any scripting language). ● Understanding of ERP/CRM systems will be a plus. ● Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and explain them in simple terms. ● Familiarity with tools like MS Office, Google Docs, Confluence, Markdown, Git, or similar. ● Detail-oriented with good organizational skills. Preferred Experience ● 1–2 years of experience in Technical Writing, Content Writing, or Documentation (preferred). ● Fresher with good technical knowledge and strong writing ability will also be considered.
