Job Title: Senior React Native Developer Job Overview: We are looking for a Senior React Native Developer to join our mobile development team and lead the design and development of high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android. You will play a critical role in shaping mobile architecture, mentoring junior developers, and delivering feature-rich, user-centric apps in an agile environment. Key Responsibilities:· Architect, design, and develop advanced React Native applications for iOS and Android. · Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend teams to define, design, and deliver new features. · Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of mobile applications. · Write clean, scalable, and reusable code with proper documentation and testing. · Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and native device functionalities. · Troubleshoot and debug application issues, performance bottlenecks, and crashes. · Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards and team practices. · Mentor and guide junior developers and interns. Required Skills & Qualifications:· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. · 4+ years of professional experience in mobile development. · 3+ years of hands-on experience with React Native. · Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, Redux/MobX, and React hooks. · Experience integrating with native modules (Java/Kotlin for Android, Swift/Objective-C for iOS). · Proficiency with mobile app deployment to App Store and Google Play. · Solid knowledge of mobile UI/UX standards, responsive design, and performance optimization. · Familiarity with Git, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines. Preferred Qualifications:· Experience with Firebase, GraphQL, Socket.io, or Push Notifications. · Knowledge of native app development (Swift/Kotlin) is a plus. · Understanding of security best practices for mobile applications. · Familiarity with tools like Jest, Detox, Bitrise, Fastlane, or App Center. · Exposure to React Native CLI, Expo, and modular architecture patterns.
