Technical Content Writer | 3.5-5 years | 6-months' Contract

Job Summary/ Your Role in a Nutshell:

The ideal candidate would be a creative content writer who is passionate about writing technology content on various cutting-edge technologies such as DevOps, Agile, Data Engineering, Product Engineering, Hybrid IT, Cloud, Blockchain, and Networking among others.

What you’ll do:

• Research, understand, and create technical content in different formats such as webpages, blogs, whitepapers, video scripts, data sheets, battle cards, and brochures etc.
• Convey technical information in a persuasive, non-technical, concise and effective manner customized to the TO THE NEW’s requirements and brand guidelines
• Simplify complex concepts or processes to maximize reader comprehension using a creative and persuasive writing style
• Collaborate with designers, technical teams, SEO Team, Webteam and practice teams to get the desired results
• Create a content calendar considering customer requirements
• Repurpose content into different formats including Infographics, videos, PPTs, and Pdfs
• Customize the tone and writing style for different audiences based in different countries (US, ANZ, India, etc.)

What you need:

• B.Tech/MBA with 3.5+ years of experience in writing technology-focused content in a software/ B2B technology company 
• Basic understanding of SEO 
• Proficiency in written and verbal English communication skills is essential, with the ability to write and edit in various styles for different audiences
• Ability to meet deadlines and ensure quick turnarounds in a rapidly changing environment
• Passion for content, proactive attitude and and multitasking ability to get the job done with minimal supervision
• Should be comfortable with secondary research and writing original content without using GenAI tools.
