Technical Content Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive technical content, including training materials, guides, tutorials, and enablement assets focused on

  Azure, Microsoft 365, and AI solutions

  .
• Design visually appealing and technically accurate workflows, diagrams, and simulations to enhance user learning and engagement.
• Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and instructional designers to gather technical insights and ensure accuracy.
• Ensure all content aligns with

  branding, technical standards, and accessibility guidelines

  .
• Continuously

  update and maintain content

  in line with Microsoft product updates and new releases.
• Test, refine, and optimize interactive demos for smooth user experiences and high engagement.

Required Qualifications

• At least 7 years' experience in

  technical content development

  with a focus on

  Microsoft Cloud technologies (Azure and Microsoft 365)

  .
• Strong

  technical writing skills

  , with the ability to simplify complex concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with

  AI concepts, tools, and frameworks

  .
• Basic understanding of

  instructional design principles

  and e-learning best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications

  (e.g., Azure Fundamentals, AI Fundamentals, or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals).
• Experience with additional content development tools such as

  Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or Articulate 360

  .
• Experience developing training content & technical labs for Microsoft is a big plus.
• Proficiency in graphic and video editing tools to create high-quality visuals and multimedia content.
