Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and offer technical solutions
• Assist in product setup, integration, and troubleshooting
• Learn and implement new technologies/tools as per project needs
• Communicate with clients and internal teams for smooth project delivery
• Document processes, solutions, and knowledge base entries

You Should Have:
✅ A strong technical foundation (B.Tech/B.E./MCA/BCA)✅ Excellent communication and analytical skills✅ Willingness to learn and work with new-age tech stacks✅ Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first mindset✅ Basic knowledge of programming or software tools is a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

• Day shift
• Fixed shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Yearly bonus

• Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
