Role Description: As a Backend Developer Intern, you’ll build the robust APIs and backend systems that power Shrinex’s AI-first fintech platform. You will develop scalable services, integrate databases, and collaborate across teams to deliver secure, high-performance features. Responsibilities - Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js/Express or Java17(Springboot). - Integrate databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) for storage and retrieval of enterprise data. - Implement authentication, security, and API documentation. - Collaborate with frontend and AI/ML teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. - Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, testing, and cloud deployments. Requirements: - Good command of backend frameworks (Node.js, Express, Java with springboot). - Understanding of SQL and/or NoSQL database concepts. - Familiarity with REST API best practices and error handling. - Bonus: Experience with AWS/GCP, microservices, or API security. Qualifications - Student or recent graduate in Computer Science, IT, or relevant field. - GitHub/portfolio or evidence of backend projects is highly valued. - Willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership in a fast-paced SaaS startup. Responsibilities Role Description: As an AI/ML Intern, you will work on real-world problems in invoice automation, collections risk, and NLP-driven finance operations. You will support data science projects from cleaning datasets to developing, evaluating, and deploying AI/ML models directly in Shrinex products. Job Description Responsibilities: ● Assist in building, training, and validating machine learning models for document processing, credit risk, and anomaly detection. ● Perform data wrangling, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis. ● Research and experiment with new algorithms relevant to O2C/P2P automation. ● Collaborate with software engineers to integrate ML solutions into production. Requirements: ● Strong foundation in Python and key libraries (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn). ● Understanding of supervised/unsupervised learning, data preprocessing, and model evaluation. ● Ability to read and present ML research papers and documentation. ● Bonus: Familiarity with NLP, deep learning (TensorFlow/PyTorch), or finance datasets.
