Job Description

Role Overview: As a Technical Consultant, your primary responsibility will be configuring and customizing D365 modules and workflows, building and automating processes using Power Automate/Flows, developing UI with Canvas Apps & MVC architecture, and integrating and deploying solutions across environments. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and customize D365 Field Service for efficient work order management, scheduling, and mobile workforce support. - Implement D365 CE modules to enhance sales, customer service, and marketing operations. - Build automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes across various platforms. - Develop UI with Canvas Apps and MVC architecture for creating intuitive, user-friendly business applications. - Take notes of action items, track them to closure, and ensure successful implementation of solutions to meet business requirements. Qualifications Required: - Experience in configuring and customizing D365 modules and workflows. - Proficiency in D365 Field Service and D365 CE modules. - Skilled in building automated workflows using Power Automate. - Strong understanding of MVC architecture. - Experience in developing Canvas Apps for business applications.,
