Job Title: Technical Consultant Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, Advance Steel etc Location: Chennai, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune Job Overview: As a Technical Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients with Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, Advance Steel, and similar software applications. Your expertise will help clients maximize the potential of these tools, solve complex technical issues, and enhance their overall productivity. You will also be responsible for delivering training sessions, creating documentation, and providing ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Client Support: Provide expert technical support and consulting for Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, Advance Steel, and related software applications. Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, and offer solutions tailored to client needs. Training and Education: Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops for clients to improve their proficiency with the software. Create comprehensive training materials and documentation. Consulting: Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and workflows. Offer customized solutions and best practices to optimize their use of the software. Implementation: Assist clients with the installation, configuration, and integration of software applications. Ensure smooth deployment and effective utilization. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, development, and support, to provide holistic solutions and address client challenges. Documentation: Prepare detailed reports, user guides, and documentation to support clients and internal teams. Maintain up-to-date knowledge on industry trends and software updates. Feedback: Gather and analyse client feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the development of new features or enhancements. Qualifications: Experience: 2-6 years of hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, Advance Steel, and related applications. Proven track record of providing technical support and consulting. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical users clearly and effectively. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Training Skills: Experience in designing and delivering training sessions. Ability to create clear and engaging training materials. Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Autodesk software and industry best practices. Familiarity with additional software or tools is a plus.
