Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy Technical Business Consultant who will bridge the gap between client needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Hindi and English, as this role involves direct interaction with a diverse set of clients across regions. Your responsibility is to understand client requirements, design tailored solutions using Livebox products, and ensure client success through expert consultation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client business objectives and map them to Livebox’s technical capabilities.
• Conduct product demos, technical presentations, and onboarding sessions in Hindi and English.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales consultation, including system architecture, streaming setup, and product customization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver best-fit solutions for clients.
• Support the sales team with technical expertise in proposals and client meetings.
• Analyze feedback and relay client requirements to product and development teams.
• Build strong client relationships by offering consistent value and support.
• Maintain updated knowledge of streaming protocols, server management, and competitor offerings.

Must-Have Skills & Requirements:

• Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or product implementation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business users.
• Self-driven with the ability to manage multiple client engagements.
