Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis:

• Gather and analyze business requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
• Convert high-level business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications.
• Create BRDs, FSDs, user stories, wireframes, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Support QA and UAT processes by clarifying requirements and validating outcomes.
• Collaborate with tech teams to ensure alignment of development with business goals.

Product Management:

• Work with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
• Maintain and groom the product backlog with clearly defined user stories.
• Define MVP scope and manage iterative releases.
• Act as a voice of the customer and ensure delivery of a user-centric product.
• Monitor product KPIs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8 to 10 years

  of experience in

  Business Analysis

  , with at least

  2 to 3 years

  exposure to

  Product Management or Ownership

  .
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with tools like ADO, JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, etc.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and business teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
