About the role:

As a Technical Business Analyst, you&aposll be the bridge between our customers, product team, and delivery teams. You&aposll gather requirements, design integration solutions, and create clear, engaging documentation that helps users and stakeholders understand and leverage our platform.

This hybrid role blends business analysis with technical writingperfect for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on documentation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with clients to understand integration needs across platforms like Salesforce, NetSuite, and Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Design and document integration solutions using DBSync&aposs platform
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for internal and external teams
• Create technical documentation: product guides, datasheets, blogs, and whitepapers
• Draft SOWs, BRDs, FRS documents, and project budgets
• Act as a liaison between clients and delivery teams
• Track and prioritize issues in Agile development cycles
• Contribute to our knowledge base and internal Wiki
• Stay updated on trends in APIs, cloud platforms, and data integration
• Support product marketing with technical content when needed
• Build trust and long-term relationships with clients

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years in a Business Analyst, Technical Writer, or hybrid role
• Strong grasp of data integration, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms
• Hands-on experience with CRMs/ERPs like Salesforce, NetSuite, Dynamics 365
• Exceptional communication skillsboth written and verbal
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for varied audiences
• Familiarity with programming languages (Java, JavaScript, C#, etc.) is a plus
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with precision
• Bachelor&aposs degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Self-driven, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
• Bonus: Experience in product management or technical writing
