Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Master the Guidewire Suite of applications and align them with business goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Analyze and improve business processes in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain.
  • Use data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI) to inform decisions.
  • Create documentation (e.g., BRDs, user stories) and support project management.
  • Develop test plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s in Business, IT, or related field; advanced certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
  • 5+ years as a Business Analyst, ideally in P&C insurance.
  • Proficiency in data analysis (SQL, Excel), BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
