Job Description: Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical (or) Chemical Engineering Experience (in years): Minimum 3-5 years Exposure/ Knowledge On: Operation of Water system (Chlorination, Ultra filtration, Multigrade filter, softener, RO, EDI systems) through HMI / SCADA Chemical solution preparation, Hot water and Ozone Sanitization, Filter Integrity test Cartridge filter and RO Membrane replacement Maintaining System Data reports, Sanitization reports, Chemical reports. Technical Skills; Hands on experience in working with MGF, Softener, UF, RO Plant, UV, EDI, PW Distribution skid ozonation systems GMP & GDP Behavioral Skills: Safety Orientation Quality Consciousness Transparency Achievement Orientation Stakeholder Management Analytical Thinking Accountability & Ownership Collaboration Service Orientation Roles & Responsibilities: (Tasks) Responsible for Operation and Maintenance of MGF, Softener, UF, RO Plant, UV, EDI, PW Distribution skid ozonation systems. Should hand on experience in trouble shooting day to day issues in Water system of pharmaceutical use Responsible for intimating any incidents during the breakdowns to the supervisor Ensure that all the Preventive maintenance of equipment’s in Engineering department were performed within the due period as per the schedule Ensure to Issue, control, and retrieval of documents (Logbooks) related to Engineering Department Ensure Spares, Inventory and Dosing Chemicals to be maintained as per the requirement Ensure periodic Sanitization process of Water system and Filter Integrity test Should have knowledge on SCADA based water plant system, Conductivity, TOC, ORP and PH Sensor Functionality and testing and Shift activity Maintenance Preparation And Handling of Dosing chemicals Additional/ Preferrable Skills: (Desirable Criteria) Experience in Operation & Maintenance of HVAC Experience in Operation & Maintenance of ETP & STP Experience in Water Balancing Knowledge on Chemical compatibility and its safety Location: Ferring India Laboratories Show more Show less
