Position description:

Primary Responsibilities:

• • Ensuring that batch charging is done as per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
• • Monitor the maintenance jobs
• • Doing chemical handling by his own hand.
• • Follow instructions given by Panel officer and shift incharge.
• • Ensure work is being done by helpers and the abide to all the safety norms
• • Follow the safety norms to achieve zero breakdown
• • Carry out sampling process and send the samples to QC for analysis
• • Controlling the process parameters on field
• • Look after the manpower handling
• • Ensure to follow safety norms to achieve zero accidents
• • To participate in Root Cause Analysis of Various safety and process safety incidents, Monitor and ensure implementation of CAPA ( Corrective Actions & Preventive Actions)
• • To Support Various Process safety and Responsible Care Initiatives
• • Report any near miss / incident or any non compliance
• • Responsible to complete any other assignment given by the seniors

Required work experience

• Industry:

  Essential: 2-6 yrs in process handling in Chemical Industry

• Role:

Required Competencies:

• Basic Knowledge of distillation, filtration,drying, scrubber operations.
• Handling of various gases like Chlorine, bromine, AHF.
• Knowledge of tanker loading,unloading of toxic,flammable chemicals.
• Hands on experience of handling various acids and toxic chemicals
