Job Title: Technical Assistant – Sales & Solar Infrastructure

Location: Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh (In-office role)
Salary: ₹12,000–₹15,000 per month

Responsibilities:

• Assist in technical pre-sales support: interpret product specifications and prepare materials for potential clients.
• Coordinate between sales prospects and engineering/production teams for quotes, site assessments, or proposals.
• Respond to client queries regarding solar mounting structures, high-mast lighting, street lighting, etc., with clarity and accuracy.
• Support documentation of orders, delivery tracking, and liaise with production teams as needed.
• Maintain and organize technical documents, catalogs, product specs, and client communication logs efficiently.
• Assist Sales team during client visits, product demonstrations, or site assessments (as and when needed).
• Ensure timely and professional correspondence with stakeholders (internal and external).

Qualifications:

• Prior experience (1–2 years ideal) in technical or sales coordination for solar energy, lighting, or related engineering products is preferred.
• Basic technical understanding of solar-mounting systems, lighting solutions, or structural products will be a plus.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Hindi/Urdu.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working on-site at our Prayagraj office (Village Atraura, Basgit, Handia, Phulpur to Saidabad Road).
