Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Architect Team Lead, located in Chennai. The Technical Architect Team Lead will manage day-to-day tasks including overseeing software development, guiding the technical architecture of projects, conducting requirements analysis, and managing databases. The role also involves leading a team of software developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Qualifications

• Team Leadership skills: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team effectively
• Software Development and Architecture skills: Proficiency in software development and designing robust technical architectures
• Database Management skills: Experience in managing and optimizing databases
• Requirements Analysis skills: Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience in technology consulting is a plus
