Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Salesforce platform architecture and solution design
Salesforce CRM customization and configuration
Salesforce integration with third-party systems (REST/SOAP APIs)
Data modeling and data migration in Salesforce
Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation
Real estate domain knowledge (CRM, analytics, property management)
Stakeholder management and technical leadership

Preferred candidate profile

Design and architect scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to real estate business processes and client requirements
Lead end-to-end integration of Salesforce with property management, ERP, and other real estate systems
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and ensure alignment with organizational goals
Oversee the development, customization, and deployment of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities
Establish and enforce Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and data security protocols
Mentor and guide development teams, conducting code reviews and providing technical leadership throughout project lifecycles
Drive user adoption by delivering training, documentation, and ongoing support to sales and operations teams
