Position Overview: We are looking for a Technical Architect with 12+ years of experience designing and delivering scalable, enterprise-grade solutions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in cloud-native architecture, microservice design, legacy migration strategies, and . NET Core technologies. This role involves defining technical road mapping, mentoring delivery teams, designing service-oriented architecture, and guiding the transformation of monolithic legacy applications into microservice and event-centric platforms. Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement cloud-native architecture blueprints and road mapping strategies. Lead monolithic legacy migration initiatives , breaking them into scalable microservice components. Provide technical oversight for contain erization, orchestration, and service communication patterns. Establish and govern API design standards, service contracts, gRPC and REST API structures, and microservices boundaries. Prepare and maintain architecture documents, technical guidelines, and best practices. Develop data pipeline architecture to enable smooth migration of legacy data to modern platforms. Integrate legacy components into service-oriented architecture while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations. Lead reviews to align designs with enterprise architecture and future roadmap. Provide mentoring and technical leadership to delivery teams, helping resolve bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions. Skills : Cloud-native : Microsoft Azure, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, Azure Container Apps Programming : C, . NET Core Design: API-first, event-centric, microservice, gRPC, REST DevOps : CI-CD, Azure DevOps , Git, Container orchestration Data : Microsoft SQL, Redis Cache, RabbitMQ, Document DB Frameworks : gRPC, REST API, . NET Core Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science or related discipline. 12+ years of software delivery experience. 5+ years of designing scalable microservice, event-centric, and API-first architecture. Hands-on experience transforming legacy monolithic applications into service-oriented, containerized, and distributed systems. Experience designing architecture for large scale enterprise migration initiatives. Cloud Certification (AWS) is desirable. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable architecture designs. A passion for learning and applying modern technologies.
