Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Architect – Oracle Apps to lead and support our internal Oracle Applications initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise across HCM, SCM, and Finance modules, along with a solid understanding of their functional aspects. This role demands strong architectural skills, hands-on development experience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical architecture and design of Oracle Apps solutions across HCM, SCM, and Finance modules.
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams on best practices and coding standards.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define integration strategies and system enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and security protocols.
• Participate in planning, estimation, and execution of Oracle Apps projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10–15 years of experience in Oracle Applications with strong technical expertise.
• Proficiency in Oracle HCM, SCM, and Finance modules.
• Good functional understanding of business processes in HR, Supply Chain, and Financial domains.
• Experience in Oracle PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Workflow, and APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite architecture and data models.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud (Fusion) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

• Oracle certifications in relevant modules.
• Experience in Agile methodologies.
• Exposure to integration tools and middleware (e.g., Oracle SOA Suite, OIC).
