Technical Architect - .Net Development

You will be joining Dark Matter Technologies, a company leading the tech-driven revolution in loan origination with cutting-edge AI and origination technology solutions. As a Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in facilitating offshore software development operations, ensuring effective team coordination, and supporting onshore development managers. This role will require a mix of technical leadership and project management skills. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate on, and in some cases drive, the analysis, design, development, and deployment of systems. - Lead, mentor, and manage multiple offshore software development teams, including software engineers, business analysts, and quality assurance testers. - Assist onshore Software Development Managers and QA Managers with team coordination, project planning, and resource allocation. - Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation. - Work hands-on with software developers when necessary to assist with tasks and troubleshooting. - Facilitate communication, ensure timely delivery, and high-quality deliverables. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience managing software development for and with US-based software product companies. - Experience managing multiple teams, including developers, BAs, and QA professionals. - Strong technical background in Microsoft Azure or similar cloud platforms, Microsoft .NET, and SQL Server ecosystems. - Demonstrated experience in designing and architecting SaaS software solutions. - Excellent analytical and design skills. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. - Familiarity with Scrum or agile methodologies and project management tools. - Experience with DevOps practices and tools. - Ability to work hours overlapping with US Day-time, up to noon CT. Preferred Qualifications: - Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or business administration or management. - Previous experience in the US mortgage or financial software industry. - Understanding of data security and compliance regulations relevant to SaaS solutions.
