.NET Core / C# Advanced expertise in building scalable backend systems
Databases : DynamoDB or any NoSql experience
Microservices Architecture – Strong experience designing and deploying distributed services
AWS Cloud Services or Azure Cloud Services experience – Proficient in Lambda, Storage and cloud related services. Preference for AWS experience.
Containerization & Orchestration – Experience with Docker and container deployment strategies
Event-Driven Architecture – Hands-on with Solace, RabbitMQ, or Apache Kafka
CI/CD Pipelines – Proficient in setting up Continuous Integration & Deployment using tools like GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, etc.
API Gateway, Security & Monitoring – Familiarity with best practices for secure and observable microservices
Unit Testing Frameworks – Familiar with NUnit, xUnit, and mocking frameworks like Moq
Version Control – Expert in Git and repository management
Architect and design scalable, high-performance backend systems using .NET Core and microservices principles
Define, implement, and enforce architectural patterns such as event-driven communication and domain-driven design
Design and model NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB, optimizing for performance, scalability, and data consistency
Collaborate with DevOps to implement robust CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments using Docker (Kubernetes preferred)
Drive adoption of best practices in code quality, testing, and automation
Lead technical discussions and mentor development teams on backend and cloud-native practices
Work closely with Product Managers, QA, and Frontend teams to ensure alignment on product goals and timelines
Ensure systems are designed for high availability, resiliency, observability, and security
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and propose how they can be leveraged to improve system performance and maintainability
Own the documentation of architectural decisions, technical designs, and deployment strategies
