MERN Stack SDE III

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and build 

  end-to-end MERN stack applications

   that are scalable, secure, and maintainable
• Own 

  system reliability, performance optimization, and deployment strategy

   in cloud environments (AWS/GCP)
• Lead and deliver 

  complex, high-impact projects

  , collaborating across product and engineering teams
• Define and enforce 

  coding standards, design patterns, and best practices

   for MERN-based systems
• Conduct 

  code reviews, architectural reviews, and performance audits

   for mission-critical services
• Mentor and guide SDE I/II team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Evaluate and introduce new technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve efficiency and scalability
• Drive 

  DevOps and CI/CD practices

  , ensuring smooth releases and fast iterations

Required Qualifications

• 8–12 years of software development experience with 

  strong expertise in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)

• Proven experience in building and scaling 

  high-traffic, distributed web applications

• Strong command over 

  backend architecture, REST/GraphQL APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems

• Experience with 

  frontend performance optimization

   and 

  modern React (hooks, context, SSR, Next.js preferred)

• Hands-on experience with 

  cloud-native platforms (AWS/GCP)

  , containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent problem-solving, architectural thinking, and leadership skills

Good to Have

• Experience in 

  transaction-heavy or real-time platforms

   (fintech, e-commerce, logistics, marketplaces)
• Familiarity with 

  serverless computing, caching strategies (Redis), and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ)

• Contributions to open-source or participation in developer communities
• Exposure to 

  cost optimization, infra scaling, and vendor management
