We are seeking a dynamic Technical Architect with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Apps to lead innovative solutions, drive system integrations, and optimize architectures for business transformation. Responsibilities Lead the architecture, customization, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM systems to address complex business and technical needs Build and extend CRM functionality using custom plugins, workflows, web resources, and APIs following enterprise integration patterns Design and develop PowerApps solutions, including Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, and business automation using Power Automate Leverage Microsoft Azure for scalable integrations and manage development pipelines via Git, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins Partner with stakeholders, business analysts, and developers to ensure solution feasibility, accurate estimations, and quality delivery in Agile environments Requirements 13+ years architecture experience with MS Dynamics CRM Extensive experience working with .NET technologies and MS Azure Experience in MS PowerApps (Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps) and Power Automate Expertise in MS Dynamics CRM 2016/Dynamics 365 (on-premises and online) out-of-the-box functionality Experience with development of MS Dynamics CRM Plugins, Workflows, and Actions Strong knowledge of systems architecture, service-based architecture, and enterprise application architecture We offer Opportunity to work on technical challenges that may impact across geographies Vast opportunities for self-development: online university, knowledge sharing opportunities globally, learning opportunities through external certifications Opportunity to share your ideas on international platforms Sponsored Tech Talks & Hackathons Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions Possibility to relocate to any EPAM office for short and long-term projects Focused individual development Benefit package: Health benefits Retirement benefits Paid time off Flexible benefits Forums to explore beyond work passion (CSR, photography, painting, sports, etc.)
