Job Description

The position requires following: 1. Understand hardware and software functionalities of the companys products. 2. Prepare documents such as Quick start guide, Installation guide, knowledge base documents. 3. Create small videos showing how configuration is done to help users of companys products to configure devices by themselves. 4. Create FAQ for issues faced by customer 5. Talk to customer to solve technical issues faced by them and update documents accordingly. 6. Any other related task such as testing the hardware/ software release and find out if any of the existing documentation/ guides need to be updated. 7. Keep record of all the issues faced by customer and identify new documents/ guides that need to be created.
