As a Software Developer & System Design + CS Fundamentals Content Lead , you'll build and optimise UI/backend components, lead System design, CS Fundamentals content development and build products that will enhance the learning experience of millions of students. What You'll Do: Lead the end-to-end creation of content in System Design, DBMS, Operating Systems, Computer Networks, and related areas. Develop high-quality notes, project ideas, interview prep material, and video scripts. Build real-world system design case studies (e.g., Designing YouTube, Twitter, WhatsApp, etc.). Continuously review and enhance curriculum based on industry trends and student feedback. Guide junior content creators and maintain academic + industry-level quality standards. Stay updated with evolving backend architecture trends and modern CS concepts. Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive code using React . Develop and maintain scalable UI and API components for seamless user experiences and backend integration. Design efficient database schemas and develop REST and GraphQL APIs. Ensure all code follows Clean Code guidelines, design principles, and web standards (accessibility, SEO). What are we looking for Problem Solving & Leadership: Strong background in Backend/System Design OR CS Core concepts like DBMS, OS, CN. Experience working in a top tech/product company or teaching GATE-level subjects. Strong technical communication skills and a knack for simplifying complex concepts. Proven experience in content creation, mentoring, or teaching is a major plus. Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in mentoring and leading teams. Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly. Self-motivated, independent, and able to meet deadlines.
