Job Description

Senior Software Engineer - C, C++ on Linux

Technical Skills Required

Mandatory:

Excellent C & C++ programming skills ( 7+ years).
Minimum 1-year exposure to Python server-side development.
Socket programming on Linux (POSIX Threaded model).
Proven experience developing and debugging complex,multi-threaded, real-time systems.
At least 5 years in Linux operating systems and programming environments.
Experience in writing high-performance and scalable servers, especially web servers, load balancers, HTTP proxy, VPN like products.
Good understanding and use of algorithms, design patterns and data structures.
HTTP protocol know-how.
Good understanding of Network Security.
Must have worked on optimizing software and code for high performance requirements along with scaling needs (Vertical and Horizontal scaling needs).
Should understand software architecture, network architecture and all the related topologies related to software.
Knowledge of version management tools like GIT,mercurial, perforce, etc.

Good to have:

Programming experience in LDAP, RADIUS, SAML. DNS,Load-balancer, SSL, Networking protocols
Protocol designing
Experience with NGINX or HTTP parsers
Knowledge of Linux or Windows kernel Drivers
Kubernetes and Container technologies

Roles and Responsibilities

Design develop and implement Accops products requirements.
Manage and scale the existing the product.
Manage the team from technical perspective.
Contribute in the process like code review, Version Management and Product backlog management.
Make sure the product is delivered with the desired expectation.

Software Engineer -II / III

Technical Skills Required

Mandatory:

2+ years of C C++ programming experience.
At least 1 project utilizing socket programming on Linux(POSIX Threaded model)
Experience in developing and debugging multi-threaded, real-time systems.
Understanding of Linux operating systems and programming environments.
Good knowledge of Networking
HTTP protocol knowhow
Understanding of OWASP and Network Security
Should understand software architecture
Should have knowledge of any version management tools like GIT, mercurial or perforce etc.

Good to have:

Knowledge of Linux kernel
Design Patterns
Network programming experience (ADS, LDAP, DNS,Load-balancer)
Understanding and use of algorithms and data structures.
Kubernetes and Container technologies
