Provide desktop and helpdesk support, making sure all Hardware and Software related issues are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions. Troubleshooting networking and connection issues. Meeting with the user to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues. Providing technical support via remote-access systems. Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, Servers, Desktops, Laptops, Anti-Virus software, and Microsoft 365. Tracking and managing work records. IT asset inventory management. Maintain documentation and technical specifications and best practices. Skills & Experience Required: 1-2 years of experience as Desktop Support Engineer / IT administrator in to IT Industry. Ability to respond to help desk requests after-hours on a limited basis.
