Job Description

  • A technical sales engineer combines technical expertise with sales skills to promote and sell complex products or services. They act as a bridge between the technical aspects of a product and the customer's needs, providing both pre-sales and post-sales support. Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Expertise:Possessing in-depth knowledge of products or services and their technical specifications to effectively communicate their value to customers.

Typical Tasks:

  • Conducting product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Preparing technical proposals and quotes.
  • Assisting with bids and tenders.
  • Providing technical training to sales teams.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and providing support.
  • Gathering customer feedback and reporting on it.

  • Technical Support:Offering pre-sales and post-sales support, addressing technical queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration:Working closely with engineering, marketing, and other teams to ensure product development and sales strategies align with customer needs.
  • Project Planning:Contributing to project planning and execution by aligning technical requirements with sales strategies.
  • Problem Solving:Identifying customer challenges and proposing technical solutions to drive sales opportunities.
  • Product Knowledge:Staying up-to-date on product developments, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay
  • Performance bonus

  • SALES ENGINEER : 3 years (Required)
