Job Description

As a Tech VCC Programme Delivery Lead at Prudential, you will work closely with the Tech Delivery Head and BU Tech leadership to ensure the success of Tech in VCC. Your role will involve driving seamless shoring/transition and BAU operations of in-scope Prudential processes and roles to the VCC within the target time, scope, and cost. You will be the single point of contact between the business units and VCC enabling functions. Your responsibilities will include providing end-to-end engagement to Prudential business and process owners, starting from assessing the feasibility of migrating to the optimal VCC location, scoping, onboarding, transitioning the process to BAU, and leading the build of the day-to-day cadence to ensure maximum value for the Prudential Business Owner from VCC services. You will collaborate closely with enablers such as Talent Acquisition, Facility, Technology, Finance, Comms, Benefits Tracking, and Legal/Risk/Regulatory Compliance to meet all requirements of Tech and process owners and facilitate the setup in VCC. Throughout the shoring/transition process, you will ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and queries in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities: - Overall Delivery of the Migration of Tech Functions into VCC - Facilitate smooth onboarding and training for VCC stakeholders - Relationship Management with business owners and partners - Customer Satisfaction and Advocacy - Collaboration with Internal Teams and Partners/Vendors - Tracking, Analysis, and Reporting of Delivery Metrics - Risk Management and Mitigation - Continuous Improvement and Process Optimization Qualifications: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Tech global capability center, customer success, account management, or project management role - Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field - Proven experience in customer success, account management, or project management in a shared services environment Skills: - Customer-focused with a track record of managing and nurturing client relationships - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptability in a fast-paced environment - Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering solutions and value - Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and reporting on customer metrics Join us at Prudential and be a part of a culture that celebrates diversity, inclusion, and supports your career ambitions.
