Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in technical support, with excellent communication skills and expertise in VMware administration, Linux administration, and troubleshooting.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills.
Analyze and report on technical support metrics and trends.

Job Requirements

Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience in VMware administration, Linux administration, and troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with technical support tools and software.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Qualifications: BE, Msc, MCA.
Mandatory Skills: Good Comms Skills, VMware admin/Linux Admin, exp in Troubleshooting, exp in virtualization.
Shift: Night shift (Rotation shift quarterly).
Work mode: Work from office.
Should be able to attend F2F interview in Bangalore.
