About Role: Perform troubleshooting by inbound calls related to printers, router, windows, extender, macOS for our USA & Canadian customers.
Requirements:
* 2 - 6 yrs technical Sales Support experience*Must have experience in taking technical international calls*Hands on remote access tools e.g.. any desk, TeamViewer, Ultraviewer
