Job Description

Role Overview: As a part of Adeeba BPO, you will be responsible for receiving calls from customers in the UK, USA, and Canada regarding computer software issues for both Windows and Mac systems. Your primary role will involve converting inbound calls into sales while providing basic technical support to customers. Key Responsibilities: - Receive calls from UK/USA/Canada customers related to computer software issues for Windows & Mac - Convert inbound calls into sales by providing basic technical support Qualifications Required: - 0.6 months-6 years of experience in a Sales environment - Excellent communication skills with a proactive and target-driven attitude - Consistent track record of achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets - Experience in selling Software products/Services will be preferred - Demonstrated perseverance, motivation, diligence, and attention to detail Please note that your salary will be credited on the 1st of every month, and there is an attractive incentive policy in place. Additionally, there is no stretch beyond the standard working hours, and there is a minimum 20% hike based on your performance in the interview.
