Tech Sales Consultant

Job Description: As a part of Adeeba e-Services, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers facing issues with their printers, routers, and antivirus software. Your main tasks will include diagnosing the problems accurately and recommending the most suitable technical support plan along with relevant software solutions to the customers. In addition, you will also be involved in selling technical support plans to enhance customer experience. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in outbound tech support. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to independently close their own calls and have strong convincing and sales skills. Knowledge about blue screen errors and pop-up calls will be an added advantage. Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, email problems, Mac, iPhone, and iPad is highly desirable. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs.15,000 to Rs.22,000 per month along with lucrative incentives. The working shift will be in the US time zone, providing flexibility for the employees.
