Job Description

those We are seeking a Tech Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical foundation in IT and software project management, with hands-on experience as a developer and technical lead before transitioning into project leadership roles ,particularly within web technologies. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Plan, execute, and deliver technical projects on time, within scope, and on budget. Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of developers, tech leads, and project managers, promoting collaboration and excellence. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring expectations are aligned and updates are clearly communicated. Technical Oversight: Leverage your development background to provide technical input and guidance, especially in web-based projects. Risk Management: Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard project goals. Process Optimization: Drive improvements in project delivery processes, increasing team efficiency and output quality. Reporting: Create and present clear project reports, timelines, and performance metrics to clients and internal leadership. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics & Telecommunication, or a related field. Location: Candidates based in Pune will be given preference and who can join immediately will be given preference. Experience Prior hands-on experience as a Developer and Technical Lead. 9 to 14 years of project management experience in a technical environment. Deep understanding of web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, web frameworks, etc.). Proven track record of leading complex software development projects successfully.
