Company Description

Mathisys is a global quant firm specializing in high-frequency trading (HFT) strategies for various asset classes in global markets. With expertise in infrastructure and market dynamics, such as latency, execution, and scalability, Mathisys excels in both developed and emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, maintain, and update project documentation (plans, reports, trackers, policies, SOPs).
Maintain and update the
IT inventory / asset list
, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Follow up with cross-functional teams to gather updates and reflect changes in documentation.
Identify opportunities to
automate documentation processes
using Excel, macros, or available tools.
Track action items and ensure timely closure with the responsible teams.
Maintain proper version control and centralized storage of documents.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
0–1 years of experience (freshers with good skills are encouraged to apply).
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with automation tools (macros, Power Automate, Google Apps Script, etc.) .
Basic understanding of IT hardware/software inventory management.
