Tech Ops Executive

As a global quant firm specializing in high-frequency trading (HFT) strategies for various asset classes in global markets, your role at Mathisys will involve the following key responsibilities: - Prepare, maintain, and update project documentation including plans, reports, trackers, policies, and SOPs. - Maintain and update the IT inventory and asset list to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Follow up with cross-functional teams to gather updates and reflect changes in documentation. - Identify opportunities to automate documentation processes using Excel, macros, or available tools. - Track action items and ensure timely closure with the responsible teams. - Maintain proper version control and centralized storage of documents. To excel in this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field. - 1 year of experience is preferred, but freshers with good skills are encouraged to apply. - Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with automation tools such as macros, Power Automate, and Google Apps Script. - Basic understanding of IT hardware/software inventory management.
