Tech Mahindra Ltd Hiring Fresher for Australian Chat Process Contact: Mayuresh 8830743694(Call/WhatsApp) Anisha - AB001076800@techmahindra.com Interview Location: Tech Mahindra Sharda Centre Opp to Persistent near Nal Stop Erandwane Pune 411004 Job Location : Tech Mahindra, Hinjewadi Phase 3, Time: 11 am to 4 pm (Friday) Date- 13th June 2025 Roles and Responsibilities : Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude. Escalate complex issues to senior representatives or appropriate departments when necessary. Build rapport with customers to create a seamless customer experience across all your interactions. Provide information about products and services and guide customers through various processes. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to Sales target, response time, eNPS , resolution time, customer satisfaction. Stay updated on product knowledge and any changes in company policies or procedures Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives where applicable. Required profile Any Undergraduate or Graduate freshers with good communication skills Target driven mindset with the focus on results Adaptable to changes in processes and targets Should be flexible to work in 24/7 shifts 5 days a week. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Technical Knowledge would be prefered.
