Tech Lead

Role Overview: You will be the Technical Lead specializing in Computer Vision with Python Programming, focusing on image and video processing. Your responsibilities will include leading technical teams, applying computer vision concepts, and utilizing Python libraries for image and video analysis. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor technical teams in computer vision projects - Utilize Python libraries like OpenCV, TensorFlow, and PyTorch for image and video processing - Apply computer vision concepts such as object detection, image segmentation, and feature extraction - Implement image processing techniques like filtering, edge detection, and image transformation - Work on video processing tasks like object tracking, motion analysis, and video encoding/decoding - Familiarize yourself with machine learning and deep learning frameworks - Follow software development practices including version control, unit testing, and continuous integration - Manage projects effectively and communicate technical information clearly to stakeholders Qualifications Required: - B.Tech in Computer Science from IIT/REC/NIT/IIIT - 12+ years of total experience with at least 8 years in computer vision and Python programming - Proficiency in Python and its libraries (e.g., OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch) - Strong understanding of computer vision concepts and techniques - Extensive experience in image and video processing - Familiarity with machine learning and deep learning frameworks - Proven leadership skills with excellent project management abilities - Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with non-technical stakeholders Feel free to share your updated CV to praveen.madugula@xinthe.com or contact +91 9963348886 if you are interested in this opportunity.
