Tech Lead

The ideal candidate for the position of Tech Lead Full Stack will be responsible for driving the development of web applications from concept to completion. Your primary focus will be on creating scalable, secure, and user-friendly systems while also mentoring teams and engaging with clients. Collaboration with engineering, product, and business teams is essential to ensure top-notch technical standards across the entire stack. You will be leading the technical architecture, design, and development of full stack applications, including Frontend, Backend, APIs, and Integrations. Utilizing modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue, along with backend platforms like Node.js, PHP, or Python, you will create and enhance products. Designing modular and reusable systems with scalability, performance, and security at their core will be a key aspect of your role. Collaboration with UI/UX teams is crucial to deliver seamless and accessible user experiences. You will also be responsible for maintaining high code quality through design reviews, code reviews, and best practices. Staying current with emerging technologies and bringing innovative solutions to complex challenges will be part of your responsibilities. Mentoring developers to foster technical excellence, ownership, and ongoing learning is another important aspect of this role. Integration of CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps strategies into the development lifecycle is required. Engaging with clients during the discovery, solutioning, and delivery stages is also a key responsibility. The required skills for this role include expertise in JavaScript (React.js, Node.js) and PHP (Laravel, Symfony, or CMS like Drupal), proficiency with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture, strong understanding of RDBMS (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases, hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), in-depth knowledge of secure coding practices, performance optimization, and scalability, experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and DevOps workflows, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to evaluate and improve existing systems. Experience with Headless CMS architectures and content personalization, exposure to AI/ML-based integrations, understanding of serverless architectures and edge computing, contributions to open-source projects or an active GitHub portfolio, and exposure to cutting-edge technologies and approaches are considered nice-to-have skills for this role.,
