Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Tech Lead with expertise in TIBCO to join our team at Iconium Consulting Group (India) (P) LTD. The ideal candidate will have 8-11 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the development team in designing, developing, and implementing TIBCO-based solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality code standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to TIBCO applications.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for TIBCO projects.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of TIBCO framework, architecture, and best practices.
Experience in leading teams and mentoring junior developers.
