Job Description

Act as the primary contact for all deliverables of the Partner Team
Prepare and maintain an internal resource allocation plan to optimize team performance
Monitor all project activities to ensure timely and successful delivery
Manage escalation processes and resolve issues promptly
Submit project related reports and status updates to the RBEI Service Delivery Manager
Ensure compliance with RBEI Quality Management System (QMS) processes
Develop and present reports as per project requirements
Collaborate with the RBEI Service Delivery Manager for regular status reviews on service progress
Provide guidance to the Partner Team on complex issues and facilitate problem resolution
Assist in the approval and clearing of invoices related to project deliverables
Conduct periodic status reviews with partner account managers to assess service progress
Mandatory Skills:Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects
Strong project management skills with a focus on deliverables and timelines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage escalations and complex project issues effectively
Experience in preparing and presenting project reports
Preferred Skills:Familiarity with RBEI Quality Management System (QMS) processes
Experience in working with cross functional teams
Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
Ability to mentor and guide junior team members
