Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT operations management and will be responsible for leading a team of technical professionals to deliver high quality ITOM solutions
This role requires a blend of technical acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams
Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of ITOM professionals, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement
Oversee the implementation and management of ServiceNow ITOM Service Mapping solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Design, develop, and maintain Service Mapping configurations and integrations within the ServiceNow platform
Conduct regular reviews and audits of Service Mapping processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in ITOM and ServiceNow technologies
Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team skills and knowledge
Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of ITOM solutions
Act as a point of contact for escalated technical issues related to ServiceNow ITOM
Mandatory Skills:Proven experience with ServiceNow ITOM, specifically in Service Mapping
Strong understanding of IT operations management and related processes
Experience in leading technical teams and managing projects
Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment
Preferred Skills:ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in ITOM
Experience with other ServiceNow modules (e
g, Incident Management, Change Management)
Knowledge of ITIL best practices
Familiarity with scripting languages (JavaScript, HTML, etc) and web services (REST/SOAP)
Experience with cloud technologies and infrastructure management
Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
2-5 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow ITOM, with a focus on Service Mapping
Proven track record of successful project delivery and team leadership
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
