🔑 What You’ll Do

• Code Generation & Refinement: Write, review, and optimize high-quality code.

• Validation Frameworks: Build and maintain testing frameworks, automated benchmarks, and evaluation systems for AI-generated code.

• Quality & Performance: Ensure reliability, security, and efficiency of both human- and AI-written code.

• Collaboration: Work closely with research, product, and engineering teams to drive innovation and impact.

🛠️ What We’re Looking Fo

r • 7–10+ years in software development with large-scale solutions

. • Proficiency in Python, Java, C, C++, or JavaScript (flexibility to work across languages)

. • Strong experience in code evaluation, test suites, and quality metrics

. • Familiarity with LLMs, code generation, and AI model fine-tuning (a big plus)
