Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Tech Lead with 7-11 years of experience to join our team in the MEAN / MERN stack. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading teams and driving technical innovation.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Lead the development team in designing, developing, and deploying scalable software applications using the MEAN / MERN stack.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
  • Design and implement robust, secure, and efficient architectures for large-scale software systems.
  • Mentor junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge in the MEAN / MERN stack.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code standards.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions.

Job Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, Express.js, AngularJS, MongoDB, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, and Git.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
