Job Description

RoleArchitect LocationHyderabad or Chennai ExperienceTotal 16+ years, 6 years of relevant experience as BSS Designer and Architect Education BackgroundBE/MCA/M.Tech in any field CertificationsTOGAF Key Responsibilities1. Understanding of client architectural vision, contributing to road map realization 2. Contribution in Research & Development of new solutions to meet IT and Business goals 3. Deliver value & thought leadership in BSS domain 4. Perform value argumentation through generating customer business cases 5. Identify & proactively drive new business opportunities, promoting solutions Preferred Experience and Skills: i. Presentation & Communication skills ii. Team work & collaboration skills iii. IT / Enterprise Architecture Tools, Processes and Methodology iv. Extensive experience in solution leadership and solution delivery with in depth technical experience in BSS solutions and overall IT Architecture, eTOM Framework of a telecom operator v. Hands on Experience in BSS (Customer Experience, CRM (presales, post sales), Order management (order decomposition), pricing, billing, understanding of provisioning concepts, service assurance and revenue assurance) vi. Must have experience on deploying applications on prem, cloud and hybrid environments and their impacts across various platforms (AWS, OCI, GCP, Private Cloud) vii. Must have prior experience in driving consulting engagements around technology, operational and business consulting viii. Must have prior experience in driving multimillion $ OSS/BSS Transformation programs, especially onto BSS Transformation Program ix. Technology and Industry trends & insights with active participation in open forums and analysts such as TM Forum, Gartner and so on. Desired Skills: a. Agile Methodologies (SCRUM, SAFe)
