About the role

We are looking for an accomplished Full Stack Developer to join us as a Tech Lead with 7+ years of strong expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). This role is ideal for someone who not only excels in building scalable, high-performance applications but also enjoys leading projects, mentoring team members, and driving technical excellence.

Role description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tech Lead – Full Stack Developer located in Udaipur. Lead – Full Stack Developer will manage day-to-day tasks including back-end and front-end development, software development, and full-stack development. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and integrating business applications to meet clients' unique needs, ensuring robust and scalable application architecture, and leading a team of developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of full-stack web applications using the MERN stack
• Architect and implement scalable solutions, ensuring performance and maintainability
• Build responsive, intuitive, and user-centric interfaces with React.js
• Oversee the development and integration of RESTful APIs
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to the team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical decisions with business goals
• Ensure best practices in coding, testing, deployment, and Agile delivery
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability

Required skills & experience

• Extensive hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, Git, and modern frontend frameworks
• Strong expertise in Redux, React Hooks, TypeScript, and RESTful APIs
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or similar
• Solid understanding of system design, testing methodologies, and Agile practices
• Demonstrated ability to mentor developers and lead technical initiatives
• Stakeholder management
