As a Tech Lead Conversion Specialist at IBR Infotech LLP, your role will involve generating qualified international IT leads exclusively through Upwork. You will be responsible for writing high-quality, customized proposals based on client needs, understanding client requirements, and converting them into clear technical points. Your duties will also include handling the complete bidding cycle from lead identification to project closure, communicating with global clients across different time zones, and collaborating with internal teams to finalize project scopes. Key Responsibilities: - Generate qualified international IT leads exclusively via Upwork. - Write high-quality, customized proposals based on client needs. - Understand client requirements and convert them into clear technical points. - Handle the complete bidding cycle, from lead identification to project closure. - Communicate with global clients as per their time zones (flexible timings). - Collaborate with internal teams to clarify requirements and finalize project scopes.
