About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development

  — from concept and MVP to scaling.
• Define and execute the

  technology roadmap

  aligned with business goals.
• Build, manage, and mentor a strong

  engineering team

• Ensure product scalability, security, and user experience at all stages.
• Collaborate closely with the founding team on

  strategic and product decisions

• Stay ahead of emerging tech to future-proof the platform.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in software development / engineering leadership.

• Strong background in scalable systems, SaaS, and cloud technologies

• Hands-on experience in

  building platforms/products from scratch

  .
• Proven ability to

  lead teams and deliver products

  in fast-paced environments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — thrives in early-stage setups.
• Open to working on an

  unpaid basis till funding
