Your typical day involves collaborating with clients to gather requirements, analyzing business needs, and implementing technology best practices. You will also engage in strategic discussions, enhancing both Accenture's and the client's marketplace reputation while shaping innovative ideas into actionable strategies. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and foster collaboration among team members. - Mentor junior professionals, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Personnel Administration. - Strong understanding of HR processes and systems integration. - Experience with data management and reporting tools relevant to personnel administration. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform decision-making. - Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP HCM Personnel Administration. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
